Gran's got this odd smile all the time... what's that all about? It's like she has some secret she's keeping. At least she's feeling all right though. It was so cold here this winter. The heater was broken -- at least I can fix that.


*climbs the stairs to his room, which is a cosy attic full of neatly stacked books and papers, and has a skylight leading to a flat section of roof where he likes to watch the sky*
